I-55 North: Take the Pickens-Lexington exit and travel approximately 13 miles until you reach the Holmes County Courthouse Square. Go around the square until you reach the west side. Peoples is located just to the left of BankPlus.

I-55 South: Take the Durant-Lexington exit and travel approximately 13 miles until you reach the Holmes County Courthouse Square. Go around the square until you reach the west side. Peoples is located just to the left of BankPlus.
